Hi, I need the barrister representative on the court hearing in Eastbourne.The offence concerns false record on the tacho card/excuse to record data on driving card.I had the first hearing in March which(I paid the fine)but now the Secretary of State has referred the matter to a Traffic Commissioner to determinate whether I still fit to continue hold a substantive LGV driving licence. I am the only one working in our household at the moment(wife is looking after the baby),have the other child as well. I have no money for the solicitor.Please help.
