Closed window tinting for plastic boat windows

I have 3 plastic boat windows that are new and not on the boat as yet. One window is roughly 3ft by one foot and the edges are curved. The other windows are smaller 11/2 ft by 1ft curved edges also. I would also need a white boarder put around the edges of all windows about an inch thick if possible.
