A buffet for 50 in the evening (date still to be set) and a sit down 3 course meal for about 20 with wine in the afternoon on the same date. Buffet we would like something not to plain but a lot of variation. Beef for the main course would be our preferred liking. Venue also to be agreed so I would just like a rough guide if possible with your sample menu please. Thanks.
