Dear Sirs, I live in Hartlebury, Worcestershire (DY11 7YJ). We think our drains are blocked as when we turn on the washing machine, the water is coming up through the plugs in the bath and sink downstairs! Water is taking a long time to drain. Please can you confirm whether you serve the Hartlebury area, and if so, please provide a quote for drain clearance. Also, are you able to attend on Saturdays as we both work full time? Many thanks.
