Electrical Installation Condition Report [EICR] (Periodic Inspection Report) I need an EICR for my 2-bedroom flat. I'm selling the flat and need to reassure my buyers that all is safe. The flat was built in 2003 and, as far as I know, there have been no changes to the electrics since it was built. It has night storage heaters.
