I have a sycamore tree near my home council owned it's diseased I need report to say that it's to close to the houses and that its diseased and should be removed. The council don't maintain this tree. My patio has lifted its cracked my wall and my neighbours patio has lifted to. The pavement surrounding tree has cracked.
