I need a solicitor for eviction of tenant , the tenant moved on 04/07/2013 but never payed the full rent as was agreed the edinburgh council pay only £277.07 and never payed the difference i asked the tenant to move from the flat then i send notice to evacuation the another final notice , the tenant refuse to evict and to pay the difference arrears rent since the date moved which £9.511.53 , i have the short assured tenancy agreement signed by both of us.
