I'm purchasing a 3 bedroom flat in Beith . The flat needs all rooms deep cleaned to include ceilings, walls , floors , Windows, surfaces, kitchen cabinets and showeroom . I Would be looking to get this done roundabout the beginning of August . When we complete the purchase. The current owner is a pensioner and has not been fit to keep the cleaning up to standard and they also smoked so there is smoke stains and a very strong smell . As a non smoker it would be imperative that where possible this is gone. I await your reply
