  • 12 years ago Architectural & Building company required to appraise and quote for; possible extension to bring single storey parts of home to 2 storey, with new gable / hip roof to provide master bedroom suite to loft. Enclose open area of existing porch. Extend existing conservatory with solid roof & velux type roof lights, with bi-fold doors to garden. Groundworks, drainage, mains water supply, sub-floor ventilation, DPC etc to be upgraded as necessary. Internal structural works also required to include replace load-bearing wall with RSJ, 2 x new en-suites to extended first floor bedrooms, and new loft bedroom. Planning permissions etc will also be required. Property is detached built c.1935 postal address (for Google maps) is CV37 9BS, number 193. Existing roof is of traditional timber construction, pitched with clay tiles (recently overhauled).

Do you require dormer windows or just 'Velux' ? What type of roof do you have? Trusses, Traditional? Is it a hipped roof or a gable roof or other? Is it a detached/semi-detached/terrace dwelling?
