I require legal assistance as I am and continue to be in dispute with a letting agent. The agent failed to vet the previous tenent on the tendency agreement She was not who she claimed to be She didn't work were she claimed She was not in recipt of the income she claimed to be . On the tendency agreement the name of the bank account given was a different name .( one of many alias ) I was charged £600 pounds for the checks to be completed . The agreement has no photo id or evidence of who she claimed she was . The previous tenent left owing significant rent arrears causing significant damage to the property £ 8k in total ,furthermore she was in July 2014 subject to bail for animal related offencese money laundering and fraud ! I have attempted to resolve the matter with keystones however they have been less than forthcoming . Keystones has also paid vast amounts of money to my ex husband who wAs judged bankcrupt in 2011 despite my attempts to explain the conflict if intrest they continued to pay the full amounts of the rents to a bankcrupt . I hope you are able to assist me as the matter remains unreaolved. I am currently unemployed and would require a no win no fee basis . Thank you for your time
