I recently moved into a vacant property and have a few plumbing issues. Firstly the upstairs toilet has had the water turned off at the isolation valve but when I try and turn it on it barely moves and then leaks from the handle. I also have a seized handle for the cold water washing machine plumbing under the sink in the kitchen. I also have a downstairs toilet with a floor standing macerator system (Saniboy pro) which when switched on is incredibly noise and has this pumping noise every minute or so like it’s flushing the system. There’s water trickling down the back of the bowl constantly and when I switch it off at the plug, without turning the isolation valve off, it leaks all over the floor.
