Survey costs for buy to let one bedroomed Cluster House in Banbury Could you please advise me of your charges to do perform a full survey on a one bedroom cluster house in Banbury. I have already noted that there is a birds nest somewhere between the gutter and the roof and might even be in the roof thereby potentially letting in water, plus there is water damage in the kitchen and bathroom caused by faulty tiling and the shower.
