I have an extension to my bungalow that I need to make warmer. I put in an ensuite bathroom sometime ago but have never used it as a bedroom as it is a cold room. I now need to make it warm so I can use it as a bedroom. To do this I need .... 1) a big window replaced by a smaller window and therefore some bricking up around the smaller window. 2) the door into the garden has 2 windows either side and I need these windows 'bricked up' ( perhaps the door replaced by a door with less glass in it). 3) There are glass French doors leading into the room and I need these replaced by solid doors 4) I need to discuss the possibility of insulating the roof. It's a flat roof. I need the job done fairly quickly certainly by the end of October 2026 Thanks

We handle the whole scope in-house: reducing and bricking up the window openings, replacing the French doors with solid doors, and insulating the flat roof to turn this into a proper warm bedroom. Worth a quick check on survey that none of those openings are needed for ventilation or fire escape, but that's routine.
