Closed TV Repair Service

• 1 months ago I am currently experiencing a lot of problems with Sony TV and I am unable to speak with them due to their restrictions on being able to speak to someone and arrange a TV inspection and repair. My TV is only 6 months old and under Manufacturer's guarantee.
  Last Friday 31.7.26 I had a new TV Aerial and cable fitted by 2 Aerial TV Engineers. They said the SONY TV was failing to Tune In to channels through the Aerial. The Engineers did a RESTART and went back into The Channels Menu and went through The AUTO TUNING PROCESS. This Error message appeared: Sony TV failed to FIND ANY TV CHANNELS. I have been unable to speak to Sony and sent to detailed emails which they have failed to respond to.

  On Friday 31.7,26 I had a new Aerial and Cable fitted by 2 TV AERIAL ENGINEERS. They advised me that the SONY TV was failing to TUNE IN TO CHANNELS THROUGH THE AERIAL.
  The Engineers did a RESTART and went back into CHANNELS MENU and went through The AUTO TUNNING PROCESS. The following ERROR MESSAGE APPEARED on screen: TV FAILED TO FIND ANY CHANNELS. Please can you help?
