I am looking for an independent and suitably qualified residential block manager for a six-flat building who may be willing to be nominated as a Tribunal-appointed manager under section 24 of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987. There are ongoing concerns regarding service-charge accounting, arrears, maintenance, compliance and the overall management of the property. The leaseholders are divided, and an independent professional manager is being considered as a fair and impartial solution. The proposed manager would need to inspect the property, review the leases and relevant records, prepare a management plan and fee proposal, and confirm their willingness to act if appointed by the Tribunal.
