My Panasonic DVD Recorder model DMR-EX97 is not working. The display shows "HELLO" but the unit does not respond to the remote control. I understand that the fault may be in a component such as a capacitor or a condenser may have failed but to get to it is quite difficult needing almost everything being taken out. Could you replace the component?
