Closed Few wire repairs and reattaching to circuit board

I have some damage to 9 wires that are connected to a circuit board. The wires connect at a right angle to the board and that is where the damage is. The wires need repairing/replacing and maybe resoldering to the board. (This is for an electric bike motor which now seems to be an obsolete part)
