I am looking at having a quote for a domestic house to have the meter moved from inside to the external area. They will be a small amount of digging to locate the polyurethane feed pipe and cap it off to the internal and a further meter added to reach the external gas box. To cut back and divert the existing service approximately 3m to terminate at the front of the property. British Gas to move meter (or else this can be done by yourselves). If not then I would book British Gas to replace the meter ready for connection. If you could provide me with an estimated quote that would be great however if an engineer needs to come out, then this would be fine as I live in Leeds.
