Plumbers- Dropping shower pressure

2 showers off combi in new build house in OX7 5WA. One shower works fine but the pressure on the other one drops to 0 in minutes. The showerhead & hose are clear & I replaced the bar mixer shower valve with new. There is no PRV by the stop cock.
