Afternoon, What I need to know is, if any Dr in Portsmouth, Hampshire is allowed to prescribe barbiturates, as I can be too scared to leave home due to having severe anxiety, tremor and severe insomnia that affects my day to day life. I am extremely embarrassed about my tremor. It seems to get worse when I notice it coming on, like in the odd occasions I meet up with people. If in shops, I have been offered a chair more than once.
