I have a 2008 Renault Trafic semi-auto (YX58 CZS) with unfortunately failed gear actuators for 2nd and 3rd gear. It does run but will not drive due to the gear issue, and I was unable to find someone willing to work on the vehicle. I now need it gone as I'm moving and can't take it with me. Because it's semi-auto, I was told my best bet would be to swap the gearbox out but as said above, I was unable to find a garage who would help. I spent a fair bit on the van and started converting it into a camper, so am really hoping to get a higher quote than just scrap value:( ~ 64000 miles, plenty of service history, was a disabled van but I changed the tax class so can be taxed like normal. Currently SORN, left where the RAC towed it to.
