Closed Grandmother Clock needs some TLC

I have a treasured Grandmother clock, dating from circa 1900, which has been in my possession for 50 years. It has been extremely reliable and during this time it has needed to be cleaned only once. Although it is still functioning, it has begun to stop after 12 hours or so, suggesting that it needs cleaning once again.
