What document do you have that shows that he has signed to admit he owes a debt of £1200? You say he is working - do you have the details of where he works? Did he have a Tenancy Agreement with you? Is there is reason that he is not paying you, i.e. an ongoing dispute? I cannot issue a quote until I have full details, and even then. time to collect in a Debt can vary enormously depending on the evidence and circumstances of the case.

Both of those could be used to find his current address and also provide a means of contact for him as well as enforcement at a later stage if necessary.
