Ready-Mix Concrete for oil tank base

Hi,i'm having an oil fired external combi boiler installed,i need to install a concrete base for the oil tank 2600mm x 1200 mm x 100mm and one for the boiler 900mm x 600mm x 100mm, i think it will only take about half a cube,i'm trying to decide whether to get readymix or just get a couple of bags of ballast and cement from Myers and mix myself,my post code is LA2 9EY,is it worth your while delivering such a small load,and how much would it cost ?
