Dear Sir / Madam, I am the owner of 14 Atlantic Road South, Weston-super-Mare. I am seeking a brief independent inspection and written opinion regarding progressive settlement to my block-paved driveway and cracking to my boundary wall. The property is adjacent (approximately 6 metres) to a multi-storey development where excavation of several metres has taken place for parking and garages. The neighbouring developer is attributing the issue to animal burrowing and I require an independent professional view on likely cause and whether the movement is ongoing.
