Closed Infotainment (CAN Bus)

Hi, I have an issue with my infotainment in my van (CAN bus aftermarket). I did not install it myself as the van came with it installed from the previous owner. The unit wouldn't get any power to it, so I removed the infotainment unit to find that the red power cable had been disconnected. Once re connected I notices that the infotainment unit would not power down when ignition was turned off. In fact it wouldn't turn off at all. I tried resetting the unit and changing profiles but nothing worked, so I've just disconnected it to save the battery from dying. Also in doing this I have also reset the installed applications on the unit (YouTube, DAB and the Android App Store). I have absolutely no idea on how to get them back. Strangely at the same time a warning light has appeared on the dash for the lights, but none of the bulbs are out. Would this be something that you could fix? Many Thanks,
