To comply with Legislation for the entrance door into my flat a Fire Door Upgrade is needed. I do not need a new door. Flats built 2005. In Boxmoor, Hemel Hempstead. I'd be pleased to have a quote for the following work which I've been advised may be necessary: RE: FIRE DOOR REMEDIAL WORKS Supply and fit intumescent fire and smoke seals Supply and fit 3 Grade 13 fire rated hinges Adjust door gapping as necessary Supply and fit fire rated overhead door closer. Replace the existing self-closer with a Union CE24V fire-rated overhead Door Closer - Power Size EN 2 – 4 Supply and fit intumescent lock pads. I would require a Certificate on completion of the work from a qualified professional. Thank you.
