I had a quote from some bathroom fitters two complete two bathroom in a week. They were suppose to do this whilst we were away for two weeks. It has taken them from mid August to Mid December and the job is still incomplete. The work done is to a very poor standard and now they are charging more money to fix the mistakes they made. I have sent an email providing them with a Scott Schedule and evidence of my completes. They haven't responded so I would like an arbitrator to find a reasonable and fair solution.
