I am looking for an architect to to give me a free quote for drawing a floor plan to extend the ground floor front of house study room to build a bedroom with ensuite shower in the 1 storey ground floor front of the house.

    - by the study room door build a fitted wardrobe with 1 shelf to store document, hang coat
    & store shoes just outside the cloakroom & move the door further inwards to the front of the house
    - now increase the size of the study room into the garden to build a bedroom with fitted wardrobe & an ensuite shower with non sliding shower & ensuite doors, extractor fan separate switch from light switch & within easy reach, bathroom tiled,1 mixer tap in sink & shower, vanity unit under sink, toilet roll holder, heated towel rail & window in ensuite shower
    The expanded study room & ensuite will insulated in roof, floor & walls & bedroom has radiator.
    Do you think this is feasible to get planning permission approved? Do you accept Nationwide debit card as payment for the work to be done .
