Closed Guitar repair/replace input jack

Ive had a Harley Benton ST-20HH Active SBK for about 3 months and over the past week ive been having to wiggle the end of the cable in the jack for it to work. Today i tried to play but its not working at all. My amp is working fine i have tested other cables and tried changing battery but still nothing. I think its my input jack that needs replacing but im no expert so want to be sure.
