Closed Two taps needing replacement/repair, both downstairs

Kitchen mixer tap over double sink is leaking, unsure if the internal 'cassette' can be replaced or whether a new tap will be needed. Isolation valves fitted to hot and cold feed under sink. Also have a tap on downstairs toilet wash basin which has a broken lever, so will need a replacement tap fitted. Again, isolation valves fitted under the basin. Ideally, I would also like the mains stopcock under the kitchen sink replacing as it doesn't fully shut the water off. Outside stopcock under pavement cover works fine with relevant 'tool' to close valve. I've not bought any replacement parts as feel it's best to discuss things first. Regards, Pete
