Hi I have 2 recliner chairs and 2 seater recliner. They are 8 month old. The retailer sent a technician from a company castelan to inspect them, he said it was a settling in issue. He took photos of springs underneath them, which are not the issue, the problem is pocket springs have been used below the seat part and can be felt when sitting on them. I have been told by an upholsterer who hasn't looked at them pocket springs should never be used in sofa manufacture especially when no webbing has been used to hold them back. The retailer is adamant they are not responsible for repairing. Consumer rights said I could get them repaired then sue the retailer. Is this something you can do. Regards David Nicol
