I’d like to have a painting framed that I’ve created on plywood, measuring 105 cm x 50 cm. I’m looking for a box frame style in light oak, with a clean, contemporary finish — something that has a bit of depth so the artwork sits recessed within the frame rather than flush. I’d like the edges of the plywood left visible (not covered by a mount), with a small gap between the artwork and the frame edge to give it a floating effect. The piece does not need glazing (no glass), as it’s an oil painting. The back can be sealed and fitted with hanging fixtures suitable for wall display.
