My mother would like a solicitor to represent her in the transfer of a property. Myself and brother have LPA of our mother and as the party she would be transferring property to she is seeking her own representation, seperate to our own representation with Davisons Solicitor. We have a freehold residential property, which is jointly held in three names between, our mother and her two children, We believe as under joint tenancy. Our mother would now like to transfer her share of the title equally to her two children by way of a gift and remove herself from the title.
