Hi We have recently aquired a 2013 Hyundai i20 and unfortunately it has developed a clunking / scraping noise from the steering wheel column when the engine is running and car is stationary or at low speed. The noise is not present when the steering wheel is turned and the engine is not running. I understand that failure of the power steering flexible coupling is a common fault on these cars and this is likely to be the cause here. I would like a quote for diagnosis and for rectification if the flexible coupler turns out to be the cause.
