I am writing to request a quote for a small set of repair works in a flat at Adamson Court, St Andrews. A towel holder in our en-suite shower room has come off the wall, leaving a hole and some damaged plaster. In addition, the paint near the ceiling appears to be peeling, likely due to wear and tear and high humidity. Could you please provide a quote for repairing the wall and repainting the damaged areas? I’d also appreciate your advice on whether the existing paint can be matched closely, or if a full repaint of the room would be required for a consistent finish. Additionally, there is a small list of minor works required in the flat needed for a refresh:
Fix Plastering and Paint in small areas in 3 rooms,
Fix the towel holder,
Clean extractor fan terminals in bathrooms,
Fix a lock in the Bathroom door,
