Closed Solar Panels Inverter - check / replace faulty MCB?

I have solar panels at this property. These are connected to an inverter which is protected by a RCB and an MCB. Just recently the MCB has started to play up and I suspect that it needs replacing. I can provide more details. Is this the kind of job that you can do? Pelton DH2 area. Iain Fergusson
