Hi The Oak beam on a bay window is failing and I am obliged to replace it. The beam will be required to hold 1 metre of masonry on this single-story building. The measurements are.

As the location is inside a national park, I’m obliged to replace what appears to be like for like so it would be a great advantage if a lip was left available at the front and the rear for a narrow piece of oak to be on view. My contact details are.
