I’m looking to host a baby shower and am enquiring about availability and pricing for a small gathering. We expect approximately 20 adults and 5 children, and we’re hoping to book a cozy, family-friendly venue on Sunday, 27th July 2025, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. If possible, we would prefer not to use in-house catering, as we may arrange our own light refreshments. Could you please provide details on: Venue hire cost and what's included Duration of hire (confirming the 4-hour slot) Whether external food is allowed Facilities available (e.g., seating, tables, decorations, parking, washrooms) Any child-friendly amenities (e.g., high chairs, space for play) Booking and cancellation terms We’re aiming for a warm and intimate celebration, and would love to know how your venue can support this.
