Closed Replacement valves on Tesla model 3

I need to replace 2 valves in the tyres on a Tesla model 3. I had anti theft dust caps and had to hacksaw them off damaging 2 valves meaning I can’t get the air in the tyre! I’ve been told the sensors will need replacing.
