The repair of two upstairs hardwood windows in a rental property in Padfield near Glossop, Derbyshire. In one window a hinge is broken and the top opening casement (is that the right term?) cannot be shut. In the other, the top opening casement has swollen and will not close and a new double glazed unit is required
