This is my mother, Sandra Franklin, she is elderly, very active with her phone! She has an old iPhone, probably an iPhone 4 or 5. She needs a new battery for it, in the first instance to improve the life of it. Battery juice is very low and she keeps losing charge. Can you help with this? Later on my want to upgrade for a slightly bigger phone, but the priority at the moment is for a new battery. Please let me know and I can arrange for her to visit you. Many Thanks, Emma Franklin
