Rental of a room on a permanent basis as a community shop. Willing to pay for full time rental even though at present the shop is not open 7 days a week only Wed-Sat. 10-4 (2 on a Saturday). Would be beneficial to have open access. Happy to not open shop when other renters hire the hall, for example for meetings etc such as when the WI have their meetings or have a fayre on. We can arrange to have covers put over all of the display units that would be placed in the hall. If we had any on display in the middle of the hall we can have casters put on these and they could be pushed to the walls in the event if the room being rented out. If the shop proves to be successful after the move from our current site we may look to increase the number of days we are open, hence why we are happy to pay for a full time rental. We also support Pegswood Community Spiritualist Church and we may also be looking for a new home for the weekly meeting for that too. This takes place every Thursday evening from 6.30-8.45. The service is actually 8-8.15. Before and after is the time for friends to meet and chat. Ideally we would like to move as soon as possible and would be happy to meet up and discuss any point of this and what we would need and answer any questions you might have as soon as possible.
