Closed Narrowboat watertank repair and solar panel installations

Hi. I'm looking for a repair of an integrated steel water tank ony 57 foot narrowboat. I think one of the welds underneath the tank has split and the tank leaks. If repair isn't viable then maybe some sort of custom liner for the tank?
I'm also looking for someone to install 2 roof mounted solar panels.
