Hi I have just had an offer accepted on a 3 bed maisonette.
I am keen to undertake a survey asap, before proceeding with the searches etc.. as I had to pull out of a house recently, due to the surveyors report, so I'm keen to ensure this property has no glaringly obvious things that would put me off the purchase, such as extensive damp etc.
I am seeking a few quotes, and wondered if you were able to provide me with a quote and an idea of timeline, in terms of when you could do it (I'd like it asap) and also how long it would take to receive the report. I am a cash buyer, so I don't need a valuation, or even necessarily a detailed report, just the main points, not sure how this impacts on the cost?
