Project Requirement: Wooden Frame Construction
Objective
I require five pieces of wood to be accurately cut and shaped to specified dimensions to form a wooden frame. The wood I have is already close to the required size but needs precise adjustment to the final specifications.
Material & Dimensions
Total pieces required: 5
Dimensions:
2 pieces of wood at 181 cm in length
3 pieces of wood at 141 cm in length
Joint Requirements
Corner Half Lap Joints (90-degree):
Each corner of the frame must have a half-lap joint at a 90-degree angle for strong and precise assembly.
The half-lap joint requires half of the wood's thickness to be removed at the ends of the frame pieces.
Middle Section Notch (15mm cut-out):
On the three 141 cm pieces, a notch (15 mm deep) needs to be cut in the center of the wood to accommodate an interlocking section, likely for structural reinforcement or fitting another component.
Processing & Preparation
The wood only requires trimming and shaping to the exact sizes and joint specifications; no assembly is needed.
I will handle the assembly myself once the pieces are prepared to the correct specifications.

The wood needs to be accurately measured and cleanly cut to ensure a precise fit.
Smooth and even joint cuts are essential for strong and seamless construction.
