To claim back £100,000 from Mr Wenman. I purchased a parkhome in Kings Langley and wanted to sell it. I put it on the market for £120,000 but he came to see me in the parkhome and told me that it wasn’t worth that much and he told me he would get rid of it and put a new one in it’s place! I believed him and accepted £20,000! He didn’t remove it and now he has rented it out to someone else! So he owes me £100,000!
