I am contacting you on behalf of the Narrow Gauge Railway Society, for whom I am the Visits / Events Organiser.
We are holding a series of events around Tywyn / Talyllyn Railway on Saturday 10th May 2025, including our Annual General Meeting on the Saturday afternoon. As the Talyllyn Railway does not have a large enough meeting room, I am making enquiries locally, in an effort to source a meeting room for our AGM.
We would require a meeting room from approx. 1400 until approx. 1630 on Saturday 10th May, large enough to seat around 30-40 people, and with Internet facilities, to enable members to attend the meeting remotely.
