I own a two-up-two-down terrace on Bury Street, NR2. I would like to turn my loft space into a useable area. The idea would be to put a stair case from one bedroom into it, insulate it nicely and add one or two sky light via the roof. This is for my own personal use and enjoyment and not for rental purposes or selling etc. I just want more useable space in my house and I dont think the roof is being used in the right way at the moment.
