I am looking to carpet: All five bedrooms Dressing room First floor hall Dining room & study area two staircases. All with underlay and new grippers. Carpet type similar to Linwood by Cormar. For the lounge and family room I want to have Moduleo Sierra Oak Vinyl. All existing carpets to be removed. I am looking at end of October / early November and would ike to come in and discuss with you some time next week. What is your location? I am buying the house but it will be empty (no furniture) when we have flooring laid. Site visit may be difficult as I will need to arrange with the vendors.

Can I visit your premises (is it 248 Ifield Drive?) around 10.30am. In the meantime can you give me a rough indication of total price including LVT vinyl.
